[CLOSED] 3k Giveaway.

Coming up on 3000 posts. Yep, each thousand rolls around faster than the previous one...
So here I am, 60% of the way to ANLC.  I think this time I will go with a slightly different item for a GAW.

A handmade Braided Stainless Steel pen.

I make these from offcuts of teflon lined SS braid hose, they take the refill from a simple Bic Crystal stick pen which should be available just about anywhere.

Normal GAW terms, conditions and rules apply, yadda, yadda, yadda...
Minimum 20 posts, pick a number between 1 and 200, must be legal to own a pen where you live :-) , drawn by random.org Monday 1 Sept so you in the rest of the world get the Sunday night in. Will post worldwide.  Good luck.

Great GAW mate!  I've made a couple of these at work, but they didn't turn out near as nice as yours!!  I won't enter since I have access to all the stainless tubing I can get my hands on.

I´m not in, as i already had won 2 GAWs from the MTo`s Anniversary (nonetheless only one arrived, the other seems to be lost somewhere  :cry: ) - so i will stay out here to raise the chance for others to win something, too.  ;)

You mean the SOG Crosscut we both won, mate? Mine hasn't arrived either. I was thinking it is stuck in Romanian customs...

Strange thing, that this small thing takes so much longer - the OHT was so superfast here, with it´s higher value still going through customs with ease. :think:

I could...  but you need a hydraulic hose crimping machine to squeeze the ends down from 1/2" tube to 3/8" (12.7mm to 9.5mm)

Like this but the one I use is powered, not hand pumped.

Only a small one in my shop, it´s to be used in a bench vise .... up to now i never used it (according to my wife i have "to much tools"), but i have one.  :rofl:
