2 warranty questions:

How long does a warranty repair usually take? USPS records indicate Leatherman received my tool on the 16th. Just wondering how long the repair averages and if I should keep waiting or go out and get me another Leatherman to hold me over till my Blast come homes.

Second. A friend of mine has had her PST for around ten years. She loves the old tool, and is looking to retire it and replace it with a Leatherman Wave. She know's about the warranty, and would like to get her PST repaired before she retires it. If she sends it to Leatherman, will they repair the PST, or will they replace it with something else?

For me, LM warranty takes about 3-4 weeks. While, Victorinox's warranty only takes one!

Warranty over here in the UK took 3-4 days.

According to UPS   LM recieved my tool on the 16th also.  I got it back today so maybe yours will be back to you shortly.
