Well done. I was just about to ask if you were going to swap the locks too. I have the same mod planned when my two arrive and was leaning towards swapping everything like you have done. Locks, bolts and all internals.

thanks,  I wanted to do the locks, just was not sure how hard they would be to get out,  turns out they were complete CAKE to get out.

Honestly, don't bother 

It was somehing I decided to try out, but it's a PITA to use. The bit driver doesn't fully lock, but the main issue is the pliers. As it stands with shorter bits, the plier head catches badly on closure, and when I tried with longer bits in, it stopped the tool closing fully. Makes for a nice pic, but really this is just a neat way of keeping spare parts together until I come up with a better way of using them

guess what the co-worker did?   

so I have worked with Ben for several years, and we are friends (this did not matter for the original mod post).

His wife also works on the base, and they car pool, so he asked me if I drop him off at his wife's building on the way out, and I said sure  (raining like crazy today!)
we get to his wife's building and she hops in the car for the ride to their Jeep, and handed me a card with the following,  "Detron, you have given Ben so many rides to work when I was staying home with the baby, you have fixed my laptop twice, and Ben's once, you helped Ben's dad pick out a computer, and you have provided advice on several matters.  You helped when we got a new house with wiring needs and mounting TVs and such. you have always refused payment, and that is why Ben and I are so happy to present you with something special that we know you would like,  and done by someone special to us"

thanks for all of your friendship through the years.

I was shocked and dumb founded.

I ordered 1 Orange Fuse, then I ordered another, but I was informed my second order did not go through as I had expected. (why I decided not to do the mod for myself)

Ben ordered one of each right away,  but did not tell me until he asked for my modding help, which I agreed to right away.  (he made me accept the remaining parts, I was happy for him to have 2 tools)

so I basically was hit by a kindness grenade today!
