dissasembly tool

Where do I get the dissasembly tool for gerber MTs?, I think I can make something with a large flathead screwdriver but I'm not sure it will be strong enough, I want to try swapping tools, and what do you use a spacers if you need them?

For disassembly of 400's and 600's all I ever do is grab hold of the pivot screw head with the pliers of another multitool. 

No special tool required.
