Very nice, like how it's tipped forward like 10deg! JR

Nice  :tu:
I've seen similar, but wouldn't that feel uncomfortable riding so high?
I don't claim to know it all, but what I do know is right.

I agree, it does look like its a little close to the arm pit haha. But really well made looking and the slant forward is a good idea!

One without the cant would be amazing.

Where did you find that?

Too much of a real estate and way too elaborate for holding something like a multitool, IMO.

Sorry   :td:

Was on eBay, the guy makes em to order. If he put that much quality into a holder for his LM, I'd bet he'd make a good pancake holster for my h&k 9

It is pretty large, I don't even use my factory sheath, I like the pocket clip more, but Id like it on my opposite side of my side arm when carrying because of the angle, seems like it'd be more accessible. But I guess for me, not an EVERY day

Really? Why would the "authorities" have a problem with a multi tool in a sheath? I hope where you live it hasn't gotten to the point of having a conceal carry license for a knife

Looks too much like a pistol holster. Too many cops shoot first and ask questions later these days, or at least you could end up face down on the floor frantically explaining that you don't actually have a gun on your belt.

Yes it looks like a pistol holster, yes it looks like it's riding to high, but you gotta step back a min and look at it again. The size of the belt has got to be a 1-1/2" so this thing is huge for a multitool, second, the angle of the pic taken is shooting upward rather then level so it's making it look as if it's high up to the armpit, so if this was made to size to fit a multitool, I think it would be perfect! I'll put it to you this way, I made a leather pancake holster to fit a medium size multitool, and also a flashlight, nothing fancy but I must say it was the most comfortable one I ever had. I'll see if I can find a pic.. JR

Just got this about a week ago. I don't even know I have it on.

It is custom made for a Wave.

Very nice leatherwork. It does look as though it rides fairly high?
I'm guessing 2" above the waistband??

Doesn't it "dig in" at al?

It is curved vertically to form to the shape of your hip/waist. It rides just forward of the rear pocket. It does not interfere with sitting, standing or arm movement. I find myself forgetting it is there.

I would seriously recommend one of these.

I love pancakes, more butter the better  , but seriously I think they are better then any sheath, Grant it is a little wider, but that means it won't slide between belt loops as much, and if the loop is in the right spot you put it behind the holster, thus so it will not move at all!
