What's with the massive mountain bikes??

I got a chance to have another go on my mates 29" voodoo...

He's locked the front suspension off and the difference was startling only problem was...

I now want one!!
 

My GT Karakorum looks very conservative now it's sporting road tyres and full length mudguards.
It would look more at home at Oxford/Cambridge than down the woods.
But the difference with those smooth tyres is unbelievable. Just need to get the gears set up properly.

Still, I wish that voodoo twentyniner were mine!!.....
