Thanks all.
It is the result of a rainy weekend.

edap617:
The body is made of aluminium AL Cu Mg Pb (quite hard).
The heatsink is made of sterling silver.

I don´t use titan or stainless steel because of the bad heatsink:
Silver 429 W/(m*K)
Alu 221
Brass 120
Titan 22
Stainless steel 15

This light is driven at 1 Ampere to the Led (Seoul U2WOH) and
needs a special heatsink.
It is approx. 30 % brighter than a Surefire L2 or L4.

The parts (slightly OT):

Wow! :)  You do some good work there sir! :salute:

The lathe work is impressive enough, but I especially like how you milled a contour onto the one component for the pocket clip to attach. That must have been pretty tricky! :o

So does this grade of aluminum you used tend to tarnish like regular aluminum? Will you clear coat paint or mybe get it anodized to keep it looking new and shiny?

I think, this depends on the environmental conditions.
A part of the same material, that I had made 10 years ago,
looks like new. But it has never left the drawer.
Maybe I should try to anodize something.
On the other hand I like the look of old and well used tools :)
