One step nearer with the Paypal fiasco ...
Paypal has been displaying in a different format over the last few days, but a couple of hours ago I couldn't even log in without a string of error messages, and even been told that my account was not recognised
It also wouldn't let me access the contact section to find a phone number to call
I just tried again and it had reverted back to the "classic" view, and this time it finally let me issue the Direct Debit instruction as described above, which means that tomorrow (hopefully) I may be able to do the verification and initiate the transfer of funds.
Huge thanks to everyone for bearing with me on this. I'm a little relieved to discover that it was not me that was being a numpty, but a system problem at PP. That said, I'm no less frustrated by the current situation, and will continue to do everything possible to expedite matters.
I'll update further when things move on

Thanks Chris
PP are starting to function properly now, so shouldn't be too much longer
Got the code this morning, PP updated, and funds transfer has been requested. Hopefully tomorrow it should be all systems go. If not it will prob be Thursday as I'm in meetings all day Wednesday and won't have chance to get to the PO

Everything that has been
puchased
has now been despatched
The only item that hasn't been sent is one (not listed here) that I am gifting to a member here ... I ran out of packaging materials ... I'll get that underway as soon as I get more in. Apologies again for the delay. Once I got the PP issue resolved, work went batsmurf crazy so I couldn't get to a PO. I'll update everyone with tracking numbers soon, but I went to put in a few hours on the boat after going to the PO, and like a numpty I left all the receipts at the boat .....
Please assume that any further items sold from this thread will be despatched on the weekend following the deal being done. If I can get it despatched before then I will do, but it seems I can't always get to a PO mid week despite my best intentions
I hope to update this list soon with more items/photos. Might not be this weekend though as I have a lot of stuff happening over the next couple of days
