Can anyone ID this?  A Vic with a bail, clip point blade, and some long impliment on it that I can't make out...

Looks like the older styled file.

Probably a golfer of some sort.  :)

They started putting them in in around 1952.

I have a few of those old style files, and I have to say I am not impressed with them personally.  They are too narrow to be much use for anything IMHO.  Some guys seem to love them, but that might be more because they are a bit of an oddity rather than any actual function.
