I'm sure it would be announced on the page...
But nothing so far.

Actually, this reminds me — is there a page other than the apparently defunct one that Dan Jacquart still keeps up?

I doubt it. I'm very sceptical about VSAKCS. In my opinion it does not mean anything anymore. No online presence, all that radio silence...
The old newsletter was kind of fun back in the days and the club knives are cool. But other than that... Meh.
The Swiss Army Knights mean so much more.

I agree Reinier

Myself and many others have had zero response to various emails and contact requests

Yet they somehow still seem to get to issue a SAK every year - even though they do nothing - Which is disappointing to be honest
They don't deserve it !!

Sure - As a dealer - Maybe let them have an annual special edition, like SMKW, or that other crew who do lots of Alox LE colours
- But it should not be called a VSAKCS knife - As VSAKCS is defunct !! At least as far as I can see  :(

You may say what you want  ;)
But VSACS 2019 knife is already manufactured
...and in the US. It will be about 20th anniversary of the club)
We just have to be patient and wait.

Is it actually even possible to become a member? How does that work when they (who..?) don't respond to email? How much is the membership fee?
Is there still no website?
How many members?
Who runs the club? Doug, Jason? Jason posted here exactly once.

Looks like the 2018 knife is out.  Unfortunately the camo scales are not really my cup of tea, but the Mechanic is, so I've put my order in.

Hi Huntsman,

It's perfectly fine with me, but unfortunately it's not my picture so I guess I'm not the one we should be asking.  Looking back on it, I think this is the picture that Jason Dillman sent with his email to VSAKCS members offering the knife.  Maybe drop him a line to confirm?

I'd offer to take another for you but I ended up not ordering the 2018 VSAKCS knife after all.  The camo scales just aren't my thing I guess.   :-\
