The Kersahw ET has told me to tell you that she, the demonic queen, enjoyed the meeting as well.  She got a feed and has more converts for her sisters to possess  >:D  >:D  >:D  >:D  >:D  >:D

I held an ET once in a knife store. But I'm the timid sort, and gave it back to the owner when I guessed its evil intent. :(

4) Mike - The cat poo knife!

5) Neil - Not a huge SAK collector but i'm with Ben, that ribbbed alox was nice!

6) Nick - The ET not for it's willingness to draw blood but the sheer ingenuity  and engineering that went into it!

It is indeed a unique contraption. Such a departure from every other multitool on the market.  :)

I hope the owners will now step forward and show off all the knives you lot missed out on :)

SAK porn as requested  :salute:
(click on for higher res. if you like that sort of thing)

Its interesting that these two were liked, as they were both restorations of knives that were close to being scrapped.  Here's my original post on the  sosak forum  about the Pioneer.

... and just for Dunc ...

So what's the story behind this ribbed beauty? How long ago was it made, and are they particularly rare?

The Crunch is certainly an impressive tool only seen it the once a colleague carries one he's an ex army engineer and maintains it is the most versatile tool he has ever owned

I wanted to post a pic of all the goodies I came back with from the meet.  I would have done so much sooner except for a few bits getting eaten by desk clutter etc.  :-[

So finally....

... thanks very much gents

I also realise I didn't follow protocol by doing a list of what was my favourite item from each of the fellas there.  Good reason for that; people just kept handing me tools and I pretty soon forgot which tool belonged to who :)  It was wet, dark and I arrived late to the party   I'll try better next time :D

They were a most generous bunch :D

Of course this lot doesn't include the tools that Def sent.  The proceeds from their sale caused much merriment  :drink:
