I am ever so anxious for my  :ahhh !!!MINI!!!  :ahhh to arrive, so in my anticipation of it I would like to here from other
:ahhh !!!MINI!!!  :ahhh owners.  I would like to here your thoughts good or bad of this unique tool :D
Merit Badges Post your pocket dump photos then challenge two more members who must post their pocket dump photos within 24hrs for you to get the badge. Must update or add a page on the Multitool.org Multitool Encyclopedia Carry an orange item and post a picture of it everyday for 30 days. Start a thread with a photo of at least ten OPT's in your collection Participate in a challenge by carrying  a Leatherman Pulse or ST200 and post a photo of it  for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the Leatherman MiniTool for thirty (30) consecutive days. In this challenge,  carry one(1) Pliers-based or Non-pliers multitool that we always have prejudice against, hate or even fear and post a picture everyday for 30 days Using EDC items randomly selected with a poker hand, post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for 4 weeks (or 30 consecutive days) In the spirit of the Batman utility belt. Me too.. I'd rather carry around a P4 or something.. I like the compactness and the full size pliers.. But, I like a lot of implements and functions!!

Well, I don't have one, so I can't help too much... But I can tell you I want one. :D It's got to be one of the most unique and fun MTs out there, if not the most functional. :P

 IMO if you're planning to use it as a stand alone tool,you'll be disappointed;but if you'll be using it with another tool or a SAK you're going to be very satisfied.

I doubt I will be using it a whole lot especially @ work ;) But it will be carried just for the pure fact that it is so small :cheers: All I have SAKwise is a Super Tinker so that will have to do for now ::) I am gonna add more to my list :D SAK's that is :climber: :tool: :sak: :D

My NIB Mini best $40 I spent. As a user I think it has many failings , I found the bottle opener last night to be some what tricky to use . But like some of my other retired LM's I really enjoy handling it & looking at it. It shows us the path/progression LM has taken to reach its current tools , just like spoony, so eloquently put in his photo essay of the Mini. For such a small tool it expands so well & it feels so tiny but unbreakable , in way that a Micra/squirt never could. It would be really interesting to see LM revisit the Mini , it would be a much better tool if they built it now , but LM has  little reason too because of the success of the Micra & Squirt.

Look what they did with the Wave a vast improvement and the Pulse (although retired was a replacement for PSTII) wasn't it :think: Plus the ST which is now the Core. I would love to see a new version of the  :ahhh !!!MINI!!!  :ahhh  :D

im thinking it would be nice imo if it had  a real 1/4 driver between handles,and a plain and serrated small knifes,and a diamond file to,nothing else maybe.

I've actually seen one in Black , though I got the stainless variety.

I must say I'm a big fan of the tool.  It might not be the most useful multi but, as other have said, it is an interesting concept and an example of innovation (even if it wasn't that successful).  It feels very solid when opened up and the pliers work well.  Its more of a collectors piece really, but I imagine would pair up very nicely with a larger SAK and provide some useful portable pliers.

The suspense is no longer killing me ::) I have my  :ahhh !!!MINI!!!  :ahhh it is so cute I like it very much, I may have to EDC it even if it is just 4 a little while :cheers: :cheers: :cheers: Again thanks guys for the giveaway :D Probably a tool I would have never gotten unless I lucked up on Ebay :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh :D

I just was looking now @ my  :ahhh !!!MINI!!!  :ahhh and noticed that they fixed the plier head poking  :pok: out of the end by shortening the plier head itself :o now it doesn't  :pok: @ you in places where you don't want to seek medical atten. ::) :D also the dates on it are 0104 on both handles :D

I believe I am gonna have to get a place like PhotoBucket to host my files not sure though I thought the files where small enough but there not even close :( Well it may take a while so hold on :)
