Wave mod question
on: January 03, 2015, 11:05:55 PM
I'm looking at putting a Phillips from a Fuse into a Wave handle, so that little pliers rest noggin needs to come out on one side so the Phillips will stow away. I haven't got a Dremel anymore as mine fried itself ... will this just snap off with pliers, or is there a better trick?

Cheers

Keep bending it back and forth until it breaks. Don't be tempted to pull on it. Don't forget pics when you are done.

Cheers mate  :tu: It'll be a while yet, as I also need to enlarge the Wingman scissors hole by hand so they can replace a knife blade. Still also need to do a bit of tweaking to the Rebar (anyone got any spare BO Fuse/Wave scissors?), and also convert the BO Diesel to knifeless too. I'll get piccies up when anything reaches completion  :tu:

Did you see my thread on the Wingman scissors?

Yes mate  :tu: I need toget them into the wave body first before I look at altering any geometry. I have got a Worksharp which will make light work of any refining that needs doing to cut rather than push. I'll probably add to that thread if I need to do any tweaks  :salute:

This guy has/had some BO Wave scissors. I've bought from him before.
