  • Don't mistake lack of talent for genius.
The past year I have mainly used my IPhone with Tapatalk (hardly never touches my laptop anymore), but with my new iPad air 2 I can browse the Forums with Chrome/Safari, just as in the good ol' days..  :D :D
I think alot of the "Spirit" and "feeling" is lost with apps like Tapatalk, but maybe that's just me..  For me, seeing the mainscreen is just like coming home, but how do you guys prefer to be online?  :)

I mainly use Tapatalk on an iPad, but not the current version which is a POS. I mainly use forums for information and don't care for many of the themes that are used or provided. Tapatalk provides me with a consistent and comfortable UI to peruse the various forums of interest.
I EDC'd a SAK before MacGyver did...

  • This isn't me, but I'm just as dysfunctional
I use 4 devices, desktop PC, laptop, iPad Air 2 and iPhone 6.

Mostly, it is on laptop and iPad.

When I use the phone, I browse the full site, can't stand tapatalk.

I mostly use my Nokia 635 for browsing in full site mode, rarely use my tablet, but occasionally use the office desktop when I want to save a thread.

I tend to use whatever is charged up!!
IPhone, IPad, Nexus 7, even the old laptop now and then.
It seems others in my house assume the elves must come out at night and plug everything on charge
I don't claim to know it all, but what I do know is right.

I have it open in chrome on my phone at all times, refuse to get the app. I have unlimited data so I don't have to worry about that.

Other than that, I use my laptop.

  • I'm not a pessimist, I'm an experienced optimist!
Since I joined it has predominantly been a desktop PC, but since getting a Blackberry Passport, I have found myself using that a lot more often than I did with any phone previously

Lol I'm on my very rarely used tapatalk app now.

I prefer using the desktop on my phone.

100% of the posts I've made here have been done with my cell phone.  I don't have home Internet.

I'm on a Samsung Galaxy 5 active now.

The forum looks and runs great for me with it.

I don't care for how this tapatalk app works

Yeah I'm losing a lot of faith in Tapatalk as well.  It still works nicely on my tablet but it is a pain in the arse on my phone.

Sadly I'm a creature of habit, so I'm still using it on my phone, and cursing it while I do.

I only use the "Desktop" version of the forum.  The other formats strip out a lot of the character and flavor of MTO.  If I'm on my phone, I rarely post, because it is so cumbersome and slow.

I'm mostly on a desktop (at work) or tablet (at home). On the tablet, I will use the native keyboard unless I'm writing up some tome and then I use a BT keyboard.

On my phone, I'm mostly in Read Only mode.

I pretty much only use my desktop.  I've looked at the forum on my phone (very rare) and have posted once maybe.

Mostly either from my laptop or from my tablet.  Not that I've never checked from my phone, but it's rare these days.  I did try tapatalk, but it left me rather cold and so I just go with the full version of the site.

  • I'm an Adult?!?! When did that happen?
Mostly on my media PC which is hooked to a 50" screen. Otherwise it's on the phone (Galaxy S5) but the main site, not tapatalk.

Tapatalk mostly via my Lumia 1520 or Surface Pro 3. It allows me to peek in real quick like I am doing now. However, AHB does have a point accessing the forum via a browser is a much more fuller experience for me.

I use my iPhone6 / tapatalk 90% of the time. The remaining time is spent on the iPad / tapatalk.

That said, given the responses above, I think I will give the full site a go on both devices and see how it feels.
