Advice on a sharpening system please.

It might be a bit of an urban legend, but I'm sure I remember someone telling me that there are still two crimes that carry the death penalty in Britain, treason, and piracy (of the high seas variety).

Don't know if that's true or not, but it might be!

They changed it a few years back, treason and piracy were both punishable by the death penalty up until 1998 when the human rights act came in and they changed it so the death penalty was only able to be used in military situations (wartime treason etc). Then in 2004-2006 or sometime around then they changed it again so the death penalty was completely prohibited under any circumstance.
