I'm not a big fan of the "full tang" rigid handles axes. All the axes I have enjoyed using frequently have had good old fashioned shock absorbing wooden hafts. The only exception for me would be my roofing tool, which seems to under the guise of crate opener tool over the other side of the pond. Small hatchet blade, proper drop forged hanner head and pry bar with nail removers.
I see the likes of this Kershaw axe as cheap to produce and market, but not a tool I would want to use regularly.
