Well I traded for a wave last week and when it arrived today it's from 2002 and has the old scissors. I was wondering when they changed over.  The scissors are kinda stiff but I'm try to lube them and see if that helps.

The old wave is good, even if the tools aren't lockable, it doesn't need bits, and the blades are less prominent.

Congrats ash, not on the tool but breaking 5,000! As for the tool I love mine, haven't had a prob with it, knock on wood!

Once lubed ashley these are great scissors and better than the newer ones in my opinion,i still prefer my og wave than other mt's  :salute:

Here after cleaning. One screwdriver is broken, need to fix it with some spare one's.

Nice! As for the broken flat head screwdriver, I believe the one that comes with PST/PST II should fit too. They belong to just about the same production era.

True. PST 2 3D Phillips should fit, I believe it's the same or similar length as the one that comes with OG Wave.
