I have seen that a few times- it's pretty cool.  I'm not sure it is feasible though- while I am an animal lover and I hate to see them put in harm's way, horses have been doing that on the battlefield for thousands of years, cost a fraction of the price, carry heavier loads, fuel themselves up and are self maintaining, while operating with a lot less noise.

Oh I agree. I'd much sooner take a cargo bike  like some spec ops teams are starting too.

I just think the technology is incredible :)

Well the kick was to show its stability sensors  and how it would adapt and stay on its feet. Not cause the guy was mean. :P

I think the end result here is not that they will be used as cargo carriers....put some armor plating on them, a few weapon systems, and some AI programming, and they could turn out to be fearful opponents on the battlefield.
