Don't start drinking and smoking. Don't get hurt. Don't push it so hard with the weights, swim and run more. Hunt, fish, camp more. If I don't listen to me about the drinking, stay out of one particular bar one particular night- or not, it helped make what I am today. Tell someone to get their breaks checked and new tired in a few years.
Or say nothing. The pain and the nightmares and the regrets and the lousy job give you some friends. Nine people who know things my brother, my dad, my mom don't. Nine people who understand what I mean when I say they are worth a life given or a life taken, and don't think it odd, at least not for you.
Go ahead, screw up. It's worth it. But.. yeah, camp more.
