but even these simple practical knives need their own club!

I've been planning to get a baker's knife because I bake my own bread, but wow that is quite a collection.  Maybe I'll look to get a special version for my baking purposes.

I have found a second red Victoria Diamalt baker for my collection.
The red and tang stamp are different.
