Wearing a watch took more getting used to than I ever had patience for, I do admire them though. I did carry a Marlboro Vic pocket watch for quite a few years, before I had the dratted mobile leash phone which replaced the hardwired one in my truck. I carry the black Timekeeper occasionally when I need to keep track. It carries well with the Spirit or on it's own when events suggest a watch rather than a phone (wherever it gets through security that is...)  :)

I have a weakness, among other things, for watches and time-pieces.
- Hand-made baby Grandfather clock mounted on the wall in our dining room.
- Clocks (digital and analog) all over the house
- 3+ wrist watches to chose from: Casio G-Shock, Luminox Navy SEAL on a NATO strap (the rubber strap will maybe last 4 years), and 2003 Rolex Sub-Date stainless w/Oyster bracelet (Jubille bracelet on a Rolex??  ah, no! they stretch).  I have some others but those are the 3 I regularly wear (my eyesight sux, getting older, prefer analog to digital)
- 3 pocket watches from Elgin dating from 1886 (Hunter) to 1921 (rail road) and other Elgin unknown (rail road)

- and....91mm Timekeeper and Super Timekeeper and Traveler Light (I don't use any of them, collection only for the time being)

Thank God for that because in 35 years I've expanded somewhat...still fits perfect!  :2tu:

That old 1680 Sub has grown with me over the years! :D

Ah.....no.  Jubille bracelets, especially pre-1980 ones (my father in law's Datejust stainless and 14 karat gold was made in 1971), stretch due to the type of gold used (stainless steel ones should not stretch).  My father in law's is so bad, I replaced his bracelet with a leather strap.   I believe the newer ones no longer have that problem (even if 18 karat gold is used). The strongest bracelets are the Oyster bracelets.  I have never seen a President bracelet that was stretched.
