Anyone heard of a Timerjack?

I was browsing EBay,and I came across a listing for a Cellidor knife,with corkscrew listed as a Timberjack. There wasn't a clear shot of the number of layers,but two or three would have been my guess. Any ideas what it might be?
There is no beginning,or ending,and for this we are thankful,cos now is hard enough to understand!

To me it looks like a Spartan with a (Timberjack) company logo. Nice green scales :)

The knife is a Spartan (have one somewhere in the collection). Timberjack makes (or made) logging equipment.
