Have you thought about a back support belt?  You may feel a bit of a wally but I have used one for time to time and it does help me.

Have you thought about a back support belt?  You may feel a bit of a wally but I have used one for time to time and it does help me.
My dad uses one, and he swears by it :)

Will do Dave! :salute:  I vaguely remember seeing pics of this thing years ago. It is surprisingly well made don't you think? Not the most convenient shape to EDC (its about the size of a ping pong ball) but a nice little toy to play with certainly. :)

I use to carry it on my keyring, worked well for on the stop fixings. Another tool I wish I never got rid of.
