As far as I know, there are only two of those kits (last two on your list) made. And one is in possession of a our member who's very unlikely to let it go.

The translucent orange confuses me a bit though. Where did you hear about that one? First I hear of it.

I think KF4 with plastic scales not from salesman's kit.
In kits was pre-production (chem etched) and first production (two springs for slotted screwdrivers) juices with USA on pliers.
On orange plastic KF4 - TOOL on pliers - much later standard production modification.
