I couldn't find another such existing thread  :think: There's that one about the origin of our nick-names, but nothing about our real names?


So, if you don't mind sharing, who are you? What's your real name hidden behind the nick? :D

I just got this idea after a short discussion in the "mugshot" thread :D

I'm Nikoleta and friends call me Niki/Nikki. There are other weird versions used by my parents, but I'm not telling you! :D

Yeah, thanks for sharing, guys :D Only recently did I think and try to see how many names from MTO I really knew. Well, they were... about five people, I think, not counting the more obvious ones :D

Unless they were highschool friends, then they call me Steve. I always wore a "fishing" shirt so they thought I looked like Steve irwin. In fact, every 4 year books I own there is a Nathan and a Steve Klamerus in the Index.....my mother was PISSED.

Common enough in Wales where the name is from, not so common in the rest of the UK.

Sir Gareth was one of the Knights of the Round Table according to Thomas Malory.  Brother to Sir Gawain IIRC.
