Need Portable Wi-Fi Hot Spot Recommendation.

  Mrs. TJ and I use a Virgin Mobile portable wi-fi hot spot and found out that they are discontinuing our device come November. We are not sure what to go with next. Looking for something close to unlimited internet and prefer no contract. Any recommendations?

The wife and I use our phones as wi-fi hot spots, but if you don't have a good data plan, or need to use it a lot, it might not be the best solution.

Does it take a sim card?  If so, you "should" be able to get a data only plan for it.
