Does anyone recognize this G-Shock?
on: May 04, 2024, 05:27:47 AM
I found a G-Shock on my local Craigslist:

https://detroit.craigslist.org/mcb/jwl/d/warren-shock-watch/7732892346.html

Of course, the photo of the back isn't great. Best I can tell, it's a GA-110GB-1A.

Can anyone say for sure what it is?

That's what it looks like to me though I've never seen one in person.

Our line of thought is the same. Now I'm debating if it's worth looking at in person. Thanks!

Hi Dan,
Take an old trader's advice.  If you go look at it, take along something to trade.  He just might take a radio, or a Zippo in on trade.  Offer a nice radio and $10, or a nice black Zippo and $20.  You might be surprised.  Best wishes.  G

I don't know if I'll go to look at it, what with all I have going on right now. And the Zippos have found a new home. But I'll definitely propose a trade if I go to look at it!

Might need a little bit of cleaning but it looks worthwhile to check out provided the crystal isn't scratched.  It's a good looking one too.

And the asking price seems to be half of what it sold for new. It's getting more and more tempting.
