Here's one of my favorites I took in Kyrgyzstan. It was an Easter morning and we went up on hillside where I saw this tree in the middle of nowhere. I don't know anything about its history, but the strips of cloth mean that it is a pilgramage site, and people tie them on to secure their blessings.

I have a few

This one was obviously not taken by me ( I'm not that old

) I like it as it got my house on it

Some of the other buildings were washed away in the floods of 1953 including the pub

But dont worry they built another one

I've always liked this one

Things have moved on a bit since I joined the crew

For obvious reasons

Theres a couple of old boys in my village who are really into tractors

They are retired but they keep themselves busy do odd jobs and fishing , anything that keeps them using their vintage tractors

The story goes that it was in the highlands of Scotland ( not sure if it was a shout or training ) when the weather closed in and they were forced to land in the mountains . It is said they had to have an armed guard out from the nearest RAF base to guard it over night .
