Vic instruction sheet
on: July 29, 2008, 02:14:40 PM
I've just received two gift sets: two Signatures with Inova microlight and a Solitaire. The first came with a beautiful and detailed description of the content, the second - a generic "Victorinox products" leaflet. That's lame. Seller says both have been discontinued (probably because of Signature Lite's appearance; stupid if you ask me) and he can't help me.

Can someone advise where I could download the instruction sheet for a Solitaire+Signature combo? Do those even exist??

P.S. The set in question is due to be bestowed this Friday.

The Victorinox site is chock full of links and archives. I took a quick look and didn't see anything. :(

At this point, I'd settle for those. The one I have makes references to Signature Lite, which can be extremely confusing for a woman's underdeveloped brain.  :P

Well, Victorinox CS failed to respond in what is now 72 hours. Frankly, I'm surprised. The least they could do was tell me it couldn't be helped...

In any case, I did some improv:

The success was astounding. I wonder if it's legal?

Should be ok as there is no intent to make any financial gain from reproducing the leaflet or display it to the general public thats about as much of the copyright legislation that I am familiar with

Well, it's a little late, but Martis from Victorinox got back to me and sent me scans of the actual instructions. I won't post them here (because that is almost definitely illegal) but can send them to anyone who has a similar gift set. We'll use the honor system here. ;)

Anyway, respect to Victorinox. Superb commitment to customer satisfaction, as always.
