I built this a few months ago and though it was a good tool, wasn't totally happy with the finish or tool layout. Got the chance to tidy it up this afternoon so I thought I'd document the changes I made.
I don't like sheaths, so added a Wingman clip to hold it in my pocket. Initially I used a Wingman pliers pivot (3/16" dia.) and shimmed it to fit the 5/32" hole in the Rebar pliers:

This was ok but there was some play in the pivot so I turned a replacement part from 1/4" brass hex bar. No pics of the manufacture, but here it is fitted:

The washer under the hex section is to lift the clip so it sits on the surface of the Rebar handles nicely.
The hole on the handle is to locate the anti-rotation tab on the wingman clip. It's not very tidy because I tried to drill it to begin with, then mucked about with diamond burrs on my Dremel, and slipped.

Should have got a milling cutter in the first place.
I left the pivot too long and filed it after fitting so that the screw bottomed out on the brass bush, instead of needing to tighten the screw to adjust the action of the pliers:

Here's the clip fitted over the hex end of the pivot. I filed the hex part down until the clip was held tightly by the screw - the pivot is hollow, with an M4 thread tapped all the way through so I can use proper fasteners, not some imperial rubbish.

I used metric hex socket button head screws:

Pretty happy with it now - clean lines, good toolset, handy pocket clip and it's unique. It's the multitool I carry most often when I'm out on my bike - the cutters are the best I've got for both hard solid and braided stainless wire. And to prove it does get used occasionally:
