Bone scale esquire?

While browsing local outdoor shop a few days ago I saw they had what appears to be bone scale wenger esquire in the final sale bin for $20. I'm not 100% sure what it is but it's white colored scale with brown strips/dots and uneven surface. Are these still being made? I seem to recall they aren't, or was that stone?
