Does Wenger warranty still exist?

I could not find the awnser on the interweb. So, if you have a Wenger knife with a malfunctioning. Where do you send it in? To Victorinox and they replace it with a comparable Vic?

I was just wondering 

I guess that there aren't spare parts. And that can not live up with their life time warranty promise.
