Yep. When you cut it open, there is so much curls in that wood,  you can make beautiful things out of it.

I was at work whole night last night. I did 12 hours shift. Got home about seven this morning. I didnt want to sleep too long because i have to change to morning shift tomorrow. After three hours of sleep i went for breakfast at Subway restaurant, and then went to flea markets. Found few interesting tools.

Shift changes don't suit me at all. It takes days to get over it. I have this week normal morning shift, next week evening till midnight, next morning week, but then it is twelve hour night shift for seven days straight. That is just killer shift. And just one day i have to change my rythm back to mornings. Oh sweet sleeping pills...

Glad you guys like what i found. They need lot of work, but winter is coming, i have good time to work on them.

Been awhile from last update. Here is something I got for my car. It has been snowing quite much lately, and I have to drive narrow road to work every day. Trees are full of snow, and bend over the road.

Billnäs axe, and a saw for my car. If I have to do some harvesting during my way to work.

Bench wice is for my garage. Needs little work.

I have been actively reading posts here at Mto, but not much participating.

Vice is in good condition, but needs some lubricating. It is made in England, so good quality piece. Jaws are 90mm which is a bit odd to me :think:

Poncho, I will try to drive safely on these slippery roads. I hope I will not need those tools.

I just walked to local autocrats store to get some victorinox stuff. Everything was at half price.i got two spirits, one swisstool bo, swisschamp, minichamp, and a Vic folder. Happy me :climber:

You have a good eye. It was repaired about ten months ago. They changed bottom sheet metal that corroded off. And couple other cracks.
