Help from switzerland needed!

A guy over at a watch forum needs a bit of help. He needs to get a customers watch working but the case got damaged by corrosion.
He found a replacement in Switzerland but the seller won´t ship internationally.

Would anybody be so kind to be our swiss middle man? I´ll take the risk and you will be dealing with me, so no unknown parties involved for you.

Hey we have a Navy and Basel is home port to 37 ships that travel the seven seas!!!
Also there is a pretty decent waterway from Switzerland through Germany to the Netherlands...
