Good price for a Charge XTI

Hey guys,  I came across a nice Charge XTi at a local pawn shop and wanted to know if the asking price was in line for such a tool.  They had it marked for $44 plus tax.  I asked what was the best they could do on price and he came down to $40 out the door.  What do you think about the price?  It came with an original, well used leather sheath.  No extra bits except the two on the tool.  Just wasn't sure but I'll be swinging by to have another look tomorrow afternoon.  Thanks,

I'd take it for that- but then I spent almost $140 on mine!

Oh yeah, and my Ti was about $70 on eBay... so $40 is a very good price and you should definitely grab it for that.  I am certain if you don't like or want it that you could easily get your money back and maybe a few bucks for your efforts by selling it on the forum.

I agree with Dave ::) I went to a pawn shop the other day and they wanted $60 for a Wave  :o so $40 4 a Charge sounds like a very good deal :)

Thanks for the replies!  Looks like I'll be taking a closer look tomorrow.
I've been fortunate (lucky) that I've come across these multi's at unbelievable prices.  I guess I just never really paid attention to multi tools until recently.  This place (forums) just does something to ya.

Well, I stopped by this afternoon and took another look at the Charge.  It is an XTi and in great shape.
I went ahead and made the buy.  I offered $35 and he countered with $35 plus tax.  I said DEAL!
This is one awesome multi!  I'll try to get some pics later.
