I also posted this in the EDC swap section, I figure it would see more light here.
looking to update some various tools, don't worry about the prices, I'm looking to trade primarily, selling would be secondary.
I would like the following
Kershaw vice grip multi tool, Kershaw or Craftsman branded doesn't matter
Wave or Charge would be nice, prefer one with the crimpers in the jaws
Gerber recoil would be slick
a new EDC pocket knife,
an Alox Vic with an end opening sharp awl would be nice (farmer?) or
OHT Sentinel,
Gerber mini covert would be great as would a
Cutco 1886
a nice mini flashlight, something between keychain size and full sized (microstream, arc, e.t.c.) would also take a VIC symbol LED lite.
fisher space pen or similar sized mini pen (fisher trekker, inka, e.t.c.)
(small SAK with pen, manager? would be great too)
Vic bit and ratchet set
Here's what I've got to offer, I will update this list when I get a chance to look through my stuff
Leatherman Crunch, brand new. $55
Bear Jaws Super Bear Jaws can only find an MSRP on this of $93, I figure its worth about $65 or $70
Squirt E4, I would like to trade for a blue or grey one, I currently have a red one.
CRKT M16 knife, currently EDC, would like to try something different, has the awesome one finger flik open design, opens just as fast as if it were an auto knife
OHT Trekker, was EDC but never used any of the blades, just the can opener
Brushed silver SAK, not a Vic or Wenger. It says MAC tools and it actually a very fine SAK with a boat load of nifty implements like.
3" main blade (looks just like the one on a VIC)
GOOD woodsaw
fishscaler \ hook remover
LARGE self sharpening scissors
bottle opener\medium screwdriver (looks just like the one on a VIC)
Can opener
phillips (looks just like the one on a VIC)
corkscrew
awl\punch
a second, but dull, punch with a needle eye
scraper\nail cleaner
Gerber E-2-OUT? (thats what it says) small 2.5" lockback
2AA minimag knockoff, its actually better than my minimag
Stanley tripod mini flashlight, has GREAT throw, but I have a few of these already.
Brookstone rechargeable flashlights, this thing is really cool, the throw is FREAKING AWESOME. Good to over 100ft in a pitch black industrial basement. The best thing? on the tail end is a 12v cigarette plug, plug it in for a few minutes and it will recharge, and the little light will tell you when its done. Once done the light works on full power for 8hrs. It also has a strong magnet on the side so you can put it on the fender of your car while changing a flat. It has 3 modes, normal, slow pulse (roadside emergencies) and SOS. I have way too many of these things. I have one plugged into each of my motorcycles (the first mod to all of my bikes is the addition of a 12v cigarette outlet or 3)
I have a few other flashlights that plug into a cigarette lighter.
I have a few other knives and flashlights I should get rid of as they are just collecting dust, Ill get info and pics on those when I get a chance.
