Hello, here is an old soldier that I miss infos about... Would you know how old it is and what is that blade tang ?

Not a bad idea ! But the production date on the blade was not introduced before 1921...

Its a bit of a mystery stamp , I have a couple I always thought they were German made , are there any Control stamps on the scales ?

Not Elsener but there were quite a few companies making the 1908 before 1921 and if I remember it was mine are pretty well put together .... I will check mine for stamps :)

It doesn't have the "waffenkontrol" stamp on the scales...
