Sorry Dave, you are quite right.

Sorry Ben wasn't just being pedantic - I just wondered if the accepted theory about the removal of the USA was about to be turned on its head. After the surprises about riveted PSTs on the chronology thread, it was highly possible!

I used to come here a lot.

Here's two more, though my lazy picture taking days are coming to an end. :( (School starts Monday)

I didn't like the colors on this one, so I "fixed" it with an antique look...

Here's the KF4's saw & awl combo that I'm a fan of...

Great pictures guys. 8)  And Offroad I am especially envious of that green camo one you have!

Has anybody ever seen a yellow KF4 with TOOL on the pliers?

or the grey one in milled off version?

My yellow one and my gray one are both marked USA. :-\
In order to be certain of having the right tool for every job.........one must first acquire a lot of tools

sweet pictures NE! :salute:

the KF4 is near the top of my list (like Terry, if I can find one!)

the reason I like colors is if I ever drop it or lose it somewhere it would be
easier to see (like the yellow), but that grey is my favorite one for looks ;)

Fantastic pictures!  I've got to ask, why so much much love for the KF4? What makes it so special?  I'm fairly new, so don't shoot me yet!  :D

I like it because of the tool selection.. It is a fairly small tool and it has the same tools as the much larger LM Core! And, it is much more pocket-able than the XE6!

a good question! It is well made, a very favorable tool selection, very compact (compared to others)
and perdy!

I think the tool selection, for its size, is the #1 factor.

I agree: the tool configuration and size/weight is why I like it. Also, there is less duplication than with most of the other models for those who alwqays carry a SAK with scissors anyway...

For me it's the weight, tool set, and size. Pretty much the whole thing. :P
I spelled out my thoughts on it here...

It kills me to do this as they will all be bought up before I get the funds to buy my own.  http://www.botachtactical.com/leatjuickf4.html

Be very careful buying from Botach.  They have a reputation for being unreliable.

Actually you thought.. "I'll nip out and take this pic now...  in the dark. One flash I shove it back in my pocket quick and she'll never know!"  Admit it :pok:
