leatherman kick would be my suggestion since its fullsize real multitool, not a keychain "Justin Case" tool
Are you looking for a full-size tool AJ? If so then the Kick would be hard to beat.

I'm looking at buying one for a gift and we need to keep the price under $25.00.

Good prices on knifeless and regular Fuses, Juices, too.... They're one of the few internet dealers that can compete with Amazon's prices. I've ordered a bunch of stuff from them and they are reliable. Right now, some of their prices on the Juices are pretty sick. Leatherman S2 for $34 and CS4 for $43. Some of their Spyderco prices are also pretty sick, like mid $20's for some small Spydercos with VG-10 steel. The Leatherman cases are also like $3-5 each.
Is a Kick really the cheapest brandname Plier based multi out there?
