https://instagram.com/p/3OxoF-xyn8/Many times I felt the urge to do something like this, on an Aegean rock preferably, where there's no water (water, water, everywhere, not a drop to drink), no trees (maki if you are lucky and a lot of rock) no mammals. I was a doctor for the Special Forces Training Center and heard stories from Greek Marines who lived like that for a couple of months each, protecting the rocks and getting experience. I felt jealous but I was already married with two kids and a trained physician, and highly dependent on the material world in a love/ hate relationship.
I've red about someone living like this in the NY Central Park for years. That would be much easier with an abundance of resources.
