Official MT.O 31-Days OBMT Challenge!

:ahhh Off-Brand October  :ahhh
Should you are crazy enough to enter, you agree to spend the entire October of 2015 equipping with an OBMT (Off Brand Multi-Tool) as your ONLY Multi-Tool / Knife and nothing more. So put away your beloved MT for hibernation.
* Any off brand, clone, knockoff and cheapo Multi-Tools would be accepted.
** No SOG, No Leatherman, No Gerber, No Victorinox and No Wenger.
***Hacked MT contain components from SOG, Leatherman, Gerber, Victorinox or Wenger would be accepted as long as the chassis of such MT is not made by the brands mentioned earlier.

To be eligible for the giveaway (relying on the honor system):
1) This challenge runs from October 1st through October 31st. You must participate all 31 days.
2) You must have posts count of 31 or more by October 31st, 2015.
3) Reply to this thread with a photo of your OBMT you will be participating the challenge with, you are encouraged to express (praise or criticize) your experience with the tool during the challenge.
4) You may only switch to another tool if you previous chosen OPMT is broken or failed miserably on certain important task. Please do share the details.
5) If you need a dedicated tool for a certain task, please do so. No one is asking you to cut down a tree with a MT…  Please use common sense.
6) Obey your local laws, regulations and work place, school polices, etc.
7) Be safe and be prepared.

Should you survived and completed the challenge, you get a shot at winning this beautiful new gift set contains matching ruby Classic SD and Fisher Space Pen.
Grant will draw a winner on November 1st 2015. Good luck.

What would the definition of "off brand" be? I've got a True Utility MT I could use for that month, but I'm not sure that would qualify?

I would reaaally want a Fisher Space Pen, but it's not worth the pain and suffering of carrying only my Ganzo for a month.

I'm in.

Going to use my pheasants forever freebie membership gift. No idea who made it and all I'll have are some really big scissors, a knife, a saw, a gut hook, and a choke tube wrench/flat driver combo. It's the only off brand I have and I have never used it

I am thinking about getting one of the new Böker Plus CityTools, the CityTool2 version.

I am unsure if this is off-brand, as it is one of the first Böker Plus Multitools, all the while Böker as a company is quite a popular brand... :think:

I'm contemplating this challenge, there is a JuiceXE6 knock off sold by a major retailer down here that might fit the bill. Store branded and blatantly mad as they are a large retailer of Leatherman too.
Just to see if its a waste of time or not, around $20 at current exchange rates; I'll grab one in the next week or so; donate to someone if it works out as serviceable.

Wow, this is a tempting challenge.  I was carrying these guys in my bag before I started using a Swisstool RS.  Might as well try to find where I tossed them.

This one I may consider, as I don't have a lot of specific needs, so I can usually get by carrying whatever. Hmm, decisions, decisions...

Leaning toward the Kershaw or the Camillus.

If I carry the one piece tool, am I allowed to carry a fixed blade? I usually like to have a fixed blade on at all times, which I won't if I can't, but I figured I'd ask!
