question for the Leatherman employees....

When your guys are putting together Waves and Charges etc, do they have a special technique for getting those tabbed washers in, or do you just have rows and rows of benches with people dropping them, losing them, getting them twisted and swearing at them like I do?  :whistle:

I don't know about them but I use a reverse tweezer and the small bit driver bit.

No no no it was a WWF move that was outlawed by the Global Wrestling Committee that sanctioned the atomic drop, suplex, and nipple twister.  Apparently this move was detrimental and instrumental in the early stages of wrestling.

I took a tour of that place years ago. They basically work in caged areas so if any parts drop they can only roll so far. You'll also have to wait till one of those employees are both out of the cage and in this forum to answer that. Pretty standard factory loss prevention stuff

It's not that hard, though.
I roughly line them into the stack with other tools, then use a wooden kebab stick which I sanded flat a little on the top and the bottom to fit inside the tabs before I insert the pivots.

Patience and going slowly do it in this case.
