Shipping help from Germany?

There are a couple buy-it-now items I'd like to pick up from eBay Germany, but they are shipping to Germany only. Can anyone help me out with shipping to the US? All costs covered, naturally. Thanks in advance.

Do they only ship to Germany or also to the Netherlands? If they do, I could help you out if you want.
