I use a cut-off Multiplier handle as a wrench, but a dedicated tool would be nice! Please mind that the lock tab will get in the way of most wrenches
If you need an example for tests, I can provide a MP 600 (or parts of)

I have a few Gerber.
The next question - I thought to make three key(one for the MP600 / MP400, 1/4 "MPT, 4mm for the little bit).
I can make more key(as cross wrench for leatnerman), but I do not know what a keys add to wrench

How about the smaller size knurled screw on the Kershaw A100/Craftsman 45516 ?  The larger knurled screw on these tools is covered by the second largest size on your Leatherman key.

I've got a pile of micra mods waiting to get done.

Dismantle my ST200 for it's long overdue service.

Replace some worn out parts in the work ST300.

Build up a Rebar type based MT for the older kid.

And then maybe tune up the work Rebar as well.

Sounds like you'll need to take lots of pics. :)

The Rebar mod sounds interesting. Did she request some special toolset? I'm guessing nothing bladeless, your girls got lots of experiance with blades already. :D Or is it for school carry?

The next version of slightly increased wall thickness in the area of the wrench.
The wrench will be the same type as for leatnerman (Cross) and will be two wrench for Kershaw a100 or Craftsman 45516 MT

I think I'll stick to just using pliers for my Gerbers for now though

If you need a version as in the photo above (with minor modifications), you can order the production of (will be ready in 1-2 weeks). To disassemble the Gerber multitool quite a one wrench. The cost of a one wrench with WW Shipping will be $ 13, a set of two wrenches - $ 18

Gregozedobe give me Craftsman 45516 MT to measure the size required for the production of a wrench. This wrench will be ready at the end of December 2015.
