A bit disappointed with these colors, as "petrol blue" seems to have very little difference from the 2015 Limited Edition models. And orange... Well I'm tired of orange alox at this point
Having seen pictures of the new alox, I must say that petrol blue is a very, very handsome color, and now I'm sorry that no 84mm was done in it. I won't repost others' photos, but there are plenty in the Victorinox Alox group on Facebook. It's a wonderful, nearly turquoise blue
My German is not goo... I could not find a country option other than Germany... are these only for sale in Germany?
Enough of the blue and orange variations.... We need more shades of of other colours like purple or brown
I have to mention yet again that Victorinox did some colors in the limited 50 runs, which collectors pay good money for (upwards of 300$) and now repeating them is a giant middle finger from Victorinox to the loyal collectors. I know that I will be upset if I see another purple Cadet, I know how much effort I had to put in to get mine...
Value is not the issue here. The problem is stating that there are only 50 or 100 of a certain model, and then putting out virtually the exact same thing in 2 years in another 100 or more pieces. That's downright lying to the collectors
... so sell your collections now, before the prices go down Weren't they supposed to stop making special/limited editions of coloured alox for shops as of next year, making only one official special alox model per year? (This year it was the blue 2015 range)
iI think MWDP mentioned that in a post -there was an announcement by vic about it, from what I remember, a few months ago.Maybe they are just doing lots this year, since it will be the last year...
