I finally got myself a...er...knockoff monkey?!?!

Yep, I wanted to add the PocketMonkey to my collection, seeing that I have the Wallet Ninja and a dozen or more card style multi tools. I did go eBay cheap however, and I got a monkey knockoff instead.



This one has a sense of humour as many of the small writings on the tool have a humourous slant to them.

So I guess I didn't get a Pocketmonkey, I just got the Monkey.

No idea where that comes from, though. Probably something to do with the verb pithikizo, to imitate something without understanding it? (pithikos = ape)

Probably to provide some tension to hold onto the CC, otherwise it will just slide down and the CC will fall over.

I can't decide if this is a genuine attempt at humour on the part of the maker or terrible Google translations.  Perhaps both.
