Kampfer is right, they are on the top shelf because many of them are in large presentation boxes, or packaging.
WWW, the LoggerHead tools are indeed unique. They made a version without the two blades, but I never viewed it as being a real multi-tool so I never added one of those to my collection. I am quite happy to have gotten a Mastercraft labeled one, as I do know they haven't been sold by Canadian Tire for years now. I keep checking.
The hammer tool is indeed very unique. I have yet to see this one anywhere else, or produced for anyone else. It is surprisingly well made and does not exude any feelings of cheapness. Having a ratchet built into the side of the hammer head is certainly different.
dks, yes, I agree. I guess for some sets, the packaging is all important. Basically a bog cheap set with glue on labels in a nice wooden box. You get this as a gift and go...Wow, this is going to be special...that is until you open it.
