I can second that^^.
Needed a small part for a tool, that he happened to have - he ended up sending me the entire tool and told me that I could just pay for the small part. He was even okay with waiting about a week, before I could pay him. The tool seemed to have been packaged well, but it got opened in customs, so I can't be too sure about that.
Either way, would definitely buy from him again. :D
