I don't know about the SwissChamp, but I went from a Climber to a Champion Plus at the beginning of October and I'm not finding it hard to deal with at all. It's only one pliers layer smaller than a SwissChamp, and my delicate little lady fingers (and they are small - my palm is literally only about 3 in across at the widest point) are just fine.

I've not got the biggest hands in the world. When I got my first SwissChamp,I thought it would simply be a piece for the collection. I was very surprised at just how useable it is!
