LM warranty???

Has anyone sent in for LM warranty? Good/bad experiences? And if they determine warranty void for any reason , do you get your tool back?

(If i can't fix my raiders wave, gonna have to send in for last resort)😔

One of the best warranties out there

but remember too let them know if its got sentimental value, as they Usually replace for a new tool

Best warranty service.

It's usually not LM that's the issue, it's USPS or any of the mailing service's.

I am in CA, so time in the mail is greatly reduced vs other destinations. A couple Fridays ago I sent my Style PS in for replacement due to a broken scissor spring and received a new tool before the next weekend. Have had similar experience with my Wave a few years ago.

Top notch service just make sure if you dont want a replacement to mark accordingly. They will try to fix however tho its to their discretion.

Also, fantastic service here. Print out the form, add your phone number, if it's sentimental and not repairable, you can get it back. I've used them twice, never a question as to how it broke, etc.

I had good experience with them on the one occasion I used it.

I sent in a somewhat beat up Wave and they refurbed it. Strangely, the tension on the pivots holding the OHO tools is now PERECT, unlike many/most new ones.
